• David A. Baxter Sr. starts Baxter Electric in 1932
• Sons David Jr and Ward join their father in the firm in the 1950's and assume the leadership role from their father
• Robert Schaffart joins the firm in 1975 as a shop employee, rises to serve as a Project Manager in the late 1980's and becomes President in 1990
• Baxter Electric merges with Kenworthy Electric in 1993 and admits William Heller, owner of Kenworthy Electric, to the new ownership Team
• Joseph Schaffart joins the firm in 1998 as VP and CFO and is promoted to President in 2002
• Two new partners, Jeff Meurrens and James Nielsen, join the firm in late 2006 following Roberts Passing
• Jeff Meurrens assumes the role as President in 2007
• Jeff Meurrens, William Heller and Joe Schaffart form a new Ownership/Management Team with Jeff continuing in his role as President
